We will not ask for a dime until 100% job completion. We believe that any financially stable company that has faith in their workmanship should never require a deposit of any kind. We don’t give the car dealership half down to go and build us our new car. Best Buy doesn’t require half down to have our new TV built. Why should your new roof be any different?

Which is why we don’t have salespeople and we don’t do long winded in-home sales presentations. If you have any questions we can easily address them for you via a phone call or an email. When we arrive at you’re property you will already be so well informed that we will be able to give you your estimate in 30 minutes or less!

The price you are given prior to starting your project is the amount that you will pay us when your project is complete. Many contractors will lowball a project in order to make the sale only to gouge the client with ridiculous add-ons and upcharges later on. We think that is a pretty sleazy way to do business and we refuse to treat our clients that way.

The best roofing materials on Earth WILL FAIL if they are not installed properly. Sadly less than 3% of roofing companies install them properly. If something goes wrong with your new roof our installers won’t be pointing fingers at the manufacturer and our manufacturer won’t be pointing fingers at the installers. This is the norm in our industry, no one wants to take the blame our responsibility. We don’t waste time assigning blame, we just fix it or replace it!

Everyone knows someone that had a home improvement project go WAY over schedule. We will put, in writing, exactly how long your project will take to complete. If your project takes longer than promised then we will pay you $200 per day for every day that we go over schedule.

If anything goes wrong with your new roof we will fix it or replace it for free. If we are unwilling or unable to fix it then we will give you 100% of your money back. We are the only roofing company in America to truly stand behind our product and our workmanship. Don’t settle for a flimsy loophole filled warranty!
